How to use adobo

• Chicken and pork: season before roasting, grilling, sautéing or stewing.
• Vegetables: toss with a little cooking oil and adobo before roasting.
• Beans, rice and stews: stir in during cooking, taste, then adjust.
• Marinades: combine with your recipe’s oil, citrus or other liquids.
